We cannot express our appreciation enough for your expertise and willingness to come to our rescue even in the 'wee' hours.
We know our network is challenging, to say the least, with the different departments that need to be integrated. If it weren't for your endless knowledge and (thank heaven) patience we would still be in the 'dark' ages. You even display a professionalism that doesn't make us feel stupid when the only problem was that we forgot to turn on the monitor.
